摘 要:留学生在异质文化中学习生活,对社会支持具有强烈的需求和愿望。对251名来华留学生社会支持状况进行了问卷调查和个别访谈,得出的数据结果表明:来华留学生所感受到的主观支持优于客观支持,且来华留学生对支持的利用度较高,其中室友的支持、家庭的支持及同学的支持是留学生社会支持的主要来源。为促进留学生跨文化适应,应优化留学生社会支持服务体系,一方面建立政府部门、教育机构、公共团体等联动的留学生社会支持服务管理框架;另一方面,留学生个体要有主动融入当地城市社会生活、融入当地朋友圈的意识,从个体层面加强社会支持网。International students study and live in heterogeneous cultures and have strong needs and aspirations for social support.A questionnaire survey and individual interviews were conducted on the social support,and 251 international students in China participated in the study.The results showed that the subjective support felt by international students in China is better than the objective support,and the utilization of support by international students in China is high.The support of roommates,families and classmates are the main sources of social support for them.In order to promote the cross-cultural adaptation of international students,we should optimize the social support service system for international students.On the one hand,we should establish a management framework for international students'social support services linked by government departments,educational institutions and public organizations;On the other hand,the individuals should have the awareness of actively integrating into local urban social life and local circle of friends,and strengthen the social support network from the individual level.
