摘　　要：为研究农村校长领导力对学校积极文化建设的影响,对农村学校校长和教师进行调研。研究发现,农村校长不同维度的领导力对学校积极文化都有显著的正向影响,但在不同规模学校、不同所在地学校、不同类型学校、与教育管理部门不同空间距离学校中,农村校长不同维度的领导力对学校积极文化影响却存在较大差异。因此,为更好地建设农村学校文化,农村校长需要正确认识领导力的“多样”和“适切”,以增强其对学校积极文化的影响;实施有效的领导实践,探寻学校积极文化建设的有效操作路径;建立农村学校文化建设共同体,多方联动促进共同愿景的实现。In order to study the influence of rural principal leadership on the positive cultural construction of schools,this study conducted a survey on principals and teachers in rural schools. The research finding,in general the leadership of rural principals have a significant positive impact on the positive culture of the school. However,rural principals’ leadership in different dimensions have different influences on the positive culture of schools when schools have different sizes,different local,different types,and different spatial distance schools from management departments. Therefore,in order to better build the rural school culture,the rural principals need to correctly understand the "diversity" and "appropriateness" of the leadership,in order to enhance its influence on the positive school culture;Implement the effective leadership practice,and explore the effective operation path of the school’s active cultural construction;establish a rural school culture construction community,and promote the multi-party linkage to promote the realization of the common vision.
