工匠精神视域下中医院校学生职业精神的培育研究

摘　　要：“工匠精神”对于中医院校开展学生职业精神培育有重要的理论和实践价值,指明了价值准则,提供了价值取向,明确了价值目标。此文对于中医院校学生职业素养培育中存在的主要问题进行了剖析,分析造成的主要原因。针对存在的主要问题,从爱岗敬业、德技双馨等4个方面探究“工匠精神”视域下如何加强中医院校培育学生职业精神,促进中国中医院校学生职业精神教育的发展。“Craftsmanship spirit”has important theoretical and practical value for cultivating students’professional spirit in colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine,it points out the value criterion,provides the value orientation and defines the value goal.This paper analyzes the main problems existing in the cultivation of students’professional literacy in colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine,and analyzes the main causes.For the main problems,from the four aspects of love and dedication,morality and technology,the author explores how to strengthen the cultivation of students’professional spirit in colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine from the perspective of“craftsmanship spirit”,promote the development of professional spirit education for students in colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine in China.
