摘 要:对与本民族文化冲突的文化现象,称之为“跨文化”,在外交、贸易、国际商务等行业领域中,跨文化能够显著地体现出来。而外宣翻译则指的是需完成对外宣传材料的一项翻译任务。值得注意的是,跨文化视角研究,有助于外宣翻译技巧的掌握。因此,文章以外宣翻译的内涵及特点为着手点,对外宣翻译中的跨文化因素展开分析,并结合我国外宣翻译工作的现状,提出具体的外宣翻译技巧和方法,以此为外宣翻译工作发展提供一些具有价值的参考建议。The cultural phenomenon that conflicts with the national culture is called “cross-culture”, and cross-culture can be obviously reflected in the fields of diplomacy, trade, international business and so on. For publicity translation, it refers to a task of translating publicity materials. It is worth noting that it is helpful to master the translation skills of publicity from the cross-cultural perspective. Therefore, this paper starts with the connotation and characteristics of publicity translation, analyzes the cross-cultural factors in publicity translation, and puts forward specific techniques and methods of publicity translation combined with the current situation of publicity translation in China, so as to provide reference for the development of publicity translation.
