摘  要:氟虫腈是世界上首个苯基吡唑类高活性广谱性杀虫剂,具有独特的杀虫机制,曾在农药界具有十分良好的应用前景。欧洲爆发的由氟虫腈引起的毒鸡蛋事件揭示了氟虫腈具有污染自然环境、影响人类健康和安全的危害,并突显出做好氟虫腈监控检测工作的重要性。世界各国政府和相关组织都对氟虫腈在基质中的最大残留限量做了严格规定,并研究开发出具有不同特点的检测技术。本文综述了氟虫腈的特性作用、残留危害、国内外最大残留限量的规定和监控检测的研究方法,介绍了氟虫腈在国际标准化组织(International Organization for Standardization,ISO)体系中相关标准建立的意义和进展,为相关部门提供参考。Fipronil is the first high-activity broad-spectrum insecticide of phenylpyrazole in the world,having unique insecticidal mechanism,which ever has a very good application prospect in pesticide field.The European outbreak of contaminated eggs caused by fipronil revealed that fipronil is also hazardous to the natural environment and human health,also highlighted the significance on fipronil monitoring and detection.Global governments and related organizations have made strict regulations on the maximum residue limits of fipronil in the matrix,and developed efficient detection technologies with various peculiarity.This paper summarized the characteristic effect and residual hazards,the global regulation on maximum residue limits,and detection technologies of fipronil,introduced the significance and progress of establishing the International Organization for Standardization(ISO) standard for fipronil,so as to provide references for related departments.
