摘  要:实现共同富裕一直都是中华民族对社会发展图景的设想与追求。新时代的共同富裕是所有成员与所有要素的全面富裕,是物质富裕和精神富裕的整体融合,是共同参与和平等共享的统一,也是主观能动性与客观现实性的统一。职业教育在实现共同富裕方面具有独特优势:可以通过赋能乡村振兴推动城乡协调发展,可以通过技术技能培训增强人人参与的可能性,可以构筑人们的精神家园,可以通过对创新创业能力的培育为“人人出彩”提供保障。职业教育在实现共同富裕过程中要发挥自身价值,需要构建以党组织为核心的协同治理机制,增强职业教育在实现共同富裕过程中的引领力;需要通过完善职业教育和其他类型教育的共生融通机制,促进地方经济的高质量发展;需要通过引导城乡要素的双向嵌入来激活城乡融合共同体的内源性活力。Achieving common prosperity has always been the vision and pursuit of the Chinese nation for social development.The common prosperity in the new era is the comprehensive prosperity of all members and all elements,the integration of material and spiritual prosperity,the unity of common participation and equal sharing,and the unity of subjective initiative and objective reality.Vocational education has unique advantages in achieving common prosperity:it can promote the coordinated development of urban and rural areas through enabling rural revitalization,enhance the possibility of everyone's participation through technical skills training,build people's spiritual home,and provide guarantee for"everyone's brilliance"through the training of innovation and entrepreneurship.Vocational education should play its own value in the process of achieving common prosperity.It needs to build a collaborative governance mechanism with the party organization as the core to enhance the leading force of vocational education in the process of achieving common prosperity;It is necessary to promote the high⁃quality development of the local economy by improving the symbiotic mechanism of vocational education and other types of education;It is necessary to activate the endogenous vitality of the urban⁃rural integration community by guiding the two⁃way embedding of urban and rural elements.
