基于虚拟仿真平台的经络腧穴学实训课程教学改革

摘　　要：针灸虚拟仿真教学系统是利用虚拟现实技术,以中医的子午流注,天人合一理论为基础,形象地展现经脉循行规律和腧穴空间位置的一套教学软件。此研究将针灸虚拟仿真教学系统运用于经络腧穴学实训课程教学,与传统教学方法相比,此系统可充分激发学生学习兴趣,提高学习效率和自主学习能力,有效提高实训考核成绩,学生满意度较高,值得进一步推广应用。The virtual simulation teaching system of acupuncture and moxibustion is a set of teaching software that uses virtual reality technology,based on the traditional Chinese medicine’s midday-midnight flowing of qi-blood point and the theory of harmony between man and nature,to vividly show the meridian circulation and the spatial location of acupoints.The research applies the virtual simulation teaching system of acupuncture and moxibustion to the training course teaching of meridian and acupoints.Compared with the traditional teaching method,this system can fully stimulate students’interest in learning,improve learning efficiency and independent learning ability,and effectively improve the training assessment results.Student satisfaction is high and it is worthy of further promotion and application.
