摘　　要：中医药是中华民族世代传承的宝贵财富,为中华民族的繁衍昌盛做出了巨大贡献。随着社会的发展,针对传统中医药知识的学习,也在不断地变化与革新。文章对如何创新中药知识的学习模式,激发学习兴趣,培养具备高尚的职业道德,扎实的专业知识,过硬的专业技能以及终身学习能力和创新精神的药学工作者进行阐述。为进一步开展教学改革,切实提高人才培养质量,满足医药产业的人力资源需求,打下研究基础。Traditional Chinese medicine is the precious wealth inherited by the Chinese nation from generation to generation and has made great contributions to the prosperity of the Chinese nation.With the development of society,the learning of traditional Chinese medicine is also changing and innovating.This paper expounds how to innovate the learning mode of traditional Chinese medicine knowledge,activate learning interest,and cultivate pharmaceutical workers with noble professional ethics,solid professional knowledge,excellent professional skills,lifelong learning ability and innovative spirit.It lays a research foundation for further teaching reform,effectively improving the quality of talent training and meeting the human resource needs of the pharmaceutical industry.
