摘　　要：高等职业教育在“双高计划”的引领下,进入新一轮的改革发展期,人才培养模式和评价机制已有了较为明确的目标和方向。将“第二课堂”与高职院校人才培养“强耦合”,就是将“第二课堂成绩单”制度与高职教育培养目标、课程体系、培养方案有效融合,促进高素质技术技能人才的培养,实现德技并修。Higher vocational education has entered a new round of reform and development under the leadership of "Double High Plan",and the talent cultivation mode and evaluation mechanism have clear objectives and directions.The second classroom is strongly coupled with the talent cultivation of higher vocational colleges,that is,the second classroom system is effectively integrated with the cultivation objectives,curriculum system and training program of higher vocational education,so as to promote the cultivation of high-quality technical skills talents and realize the cultivation of moral and technical skills.
