基于新《职业教育法》浅论高质量发展背景下高职院校教材建设  

A Brief Discussion on the Construction of Teaching Materials in Higher Vocational Colleges Under the Background of High-Quality Development Based on the New Vocational Education Law

摘　　要：基于深入学习领悟新《职业教育法》,结合贯彻落实国家发展职业教育新政策新规定的实践,从3个关键点论述高质量发展背景下高职院校教材建设的必要性,即:建设技能型社会是高职院校高质量教材建设的出发点,深入贯彻“产教融合、校企合作”是高职院校高质量教材建设的着力点,增强本专科高职教育服务能力是高职院校教材建设的落脚点,并对高职院校高质量教材建设存在的主要问题提出了拟解决措施:一是以职业教育的实施路径,致力打造“精品教材”;二是尽快完善教材建设机制。Based on the in-depth study and comprehension of the new Vocational Education Law,and combined with the practice of implementing the new policies and regulations for the development of national vocational education,this paper studies three key perspectives to demonstrate the necessity of teaching materials construction in higher vocational colleges under the background of high-quality development,namely building a skill-based society is the starting point for the construction of high-quality teaching materials in higher vocational colleges,thoroughly implementing the“integration of industry and teaching and college-enterprise cooperation”is the focal point of the construction of high-quality teaching materials in higher vocational colleges,and enhancing the service abilities of higher vocational education of univerties and colleges is the foothold of the teaching materials construction in higher vocational colleges.Solutions are proposed to solve the main problems existing in the construction of high-quality teaching materials in higher vocational colleges.The first is to strive to create“high-quality teaching materials”with the implementation path of vocational education,and the second is to improve the teaching material construction mechanism as soon as possible.
