摘 要:本文以压铸机压射系统为对象,对非对称液压缸的出口节流调速系统进行研究,系统开环响应呈现出大惯性和变时滞等特性,液压缸无杆腔压力存在较大波动,采用常规PID控制会出现响应慢,超调量大,参数难调整等问题,本文对该系统进行了分析并建立了其关键环节的数学模型和AMESim/Matlab联合仿真模型,提出了基于逆控制的全局变参数PID控制方法,并在压铸机压射系统上进行试验验证,仿真结果表明,改进的控制器较常规PID具有良好的动态特性,对变时滞特性和负载扰动表现出更强的适应性和鲁棒性,同时也证明了联合仿真的有效性,为同类系统的控制器设计提供参考。The injection system of die-casting machine is actually a meter-out speed control system.Due to the serious nonlinearity of the control valve and the large pressure fluctuation in the chamber of the cylinder in which there is no rod,the response of the system would be slow,the overshoot would be large and the tuning process would be difficult if the conventional PID was used.The system was analysed and the mathematic model of its key parts was estabilished.In view of the problem,a global variable arguments PID control method based on the inverse control method was designed.The AMESim/Matlab co-simulation model was estabilished.Simulation results proved that comparing with the conventional PID controller the improved controller has better dynamic performance.
