摘 要:联合学士学位是高校培养复合型、拔尖创新型高质量人才的重要途径之一。英国埃克塞特大学和布里斯托尔大学的联合学士学位有着比较成熟的经验。两校的联合学位有若干共同点,如课程打破学科界限,开设交叉课程;科学构建课程体系,打造联合特色;重视学生自主学习研究,培养独立意识;通过必修课夯实知识基础,课程开设遵循内在逻辑;注重专业实习,强化实践教学等。两校的联合学位亦有若干差异,如布大语言类学科联合优势明显;埃大灵活联合荣誉学位表现独特;两所大学就业服务以及评估学生的方式侧重不同等。我们可以从两校的联合学位的经验中获得如下启示:课程专业要注重联合特色,培养学生独立自主的学习能力,就业服务注重精准有效。Joint Bachelor’s Degree is one of the important ways for colleges and universities to cultivate high-quality top-notch innovative inter-disciplinary personnel.The University of Exeter and the University of Bristol in the UK have rich experience in their respective joint programs in this respect.The similarities of the joint Bachelor’s Degrees between these two universities include:inter-disciplinary curriculum breaking the boundaries of disciplines;scientific curriculum frameworks highlight collaborative feature;attaching importance to student autonomous learning and research to cultivate the sense of independence;setting a solid foundation for students’knowledge acquisition through compulsory courses and observing the intrinsic logic of the courses;and laying emphasis on internship and field work and strengthening practice-oriented teaching.There are also some differences between the joint degrees of the two universities,such as the obvious advantages of joint language disciplines of Bristol;the distinctive flexible joint honorary degree of Exeter;and the differences of focus in the employment services and the assessment of students of the two universities.China could learn from their experiences in the following aspects:the curriculum should highlight collaborative features,cultivating students’autonomous learning ability,and effective targeted employment service.
