摘  要:教学学术是对教与学的研究,是采用系统的方法探究如何使教学更能有效促进学生学习。提升大学教师教学学术能力对推动大学教师专业发展、提高高等教育质量具有重要意义。笔者通过所在教学团队在教学学术方面开展的工作进行总结,认为药学专业教师可以从构建教学学术观、开展优秀的课堂教学;根据学科特点和教育理论对本专业的课程内容、教学模式和教学评价等进行研究和创新;公开交流教学研究成果接受同行评议等三个方面提升教学学术能力。另外,教学学术是长期的研究活动,最好组建教学团队或教学学术共同体,更有利于教学学术研究的开展。Scholarship of teaching is the research on teaching and learning,that is,how to make teaching more effective and what educational practice will foster student learning through a systematic approach.It is of great significance to the development of university teachers and the improvement of the quality of higher education.This paper provided three ways for pharmacy educators to guide their teaching into scholarship.Teachers should understand the nature of scholarship of teaching and adopt educational theories to guide their teaching practice.Secondly,teachers should design new curricula,new teaching strategies,new learning assessment method et al according to discipline characteristics and education theories.The third,teachers should disseminate their teaching research and professional reflection through papers and presentations for peer review.In addition,scholarship of teaching is a long-term inquiry of teaching and learning,so teaching team is more helpful to the development of scholarship of teaching.
