基于参与式、互动式鼠害防治的农民田间学校培训实践与思考

摘　　要：介绍了贵州省余庆县基于参与式、互动式鼠害防治的农民田间学校培训地点与人员选择、培训方法、培训内容、培训材料、培训效果评估指标。通过对2018—2021年贵州省余庆县举办的12间鼠害防治农民田间学校培训效果进行综合分析,学员对培训内容、培训方式、授课老师、组织情况及项目指导农户情况的满意率为100%;学员的鼠害防治知识和技能水平较培训前提升18.16百分点;农民田间学校举办过程中42项质量控制指标完成较好,总体达标率为91.27%。实践表明,以农民为中心,以田间为课堂,以问题为导向的参与式、互动式、体验式、启发式的成人非正式教育培训模式,有效提高了学员参加培训的积极性与参与度,培训效果显著,值得大力推广应用。同时,培训学员组成结构的均衡性、培训地点与培训内容的关联性、辅导员培训能力的差异性、培训项目支持的延续性是影响举办农民田间学校培训效果的主要因素,需要加以重视。We introduced the selecti on of training sites and personnel,training methods,training contents,training materials,and evaluation indicators of training effectiveness for participatory and interactive rodent prevention and control farmer field schools in Yuqing County,Guizhou Province.Based on a comprehensive analysis of the training effect of 12field schools for rodent control held in Yuqing County from 2018 to 2021,the satisfaction rate of the trainees was 100%,and the level of their knowledge and skills in rodent control increased by 18.16%compared with that before the training.In the implementation of the farmer field school,42 quality control indicators were completed well,and the overall compliance rate was 91.27%.The practice shows that by focusing on participation,interaction,experience,and inspiration,this adult education and training model,which takes the farmer as the center,takes the field as the classroom,and takes the question as the guidance,has effectively improved the enthusiasm and participation of the trainees.The training effect is remarkable,and it is worthy of vigorous promotion and application.In the meantime,the balance of trainee composition,the relationship between training place and training content,the difference in training ability of instructors,and the continuity of training project support are the main factors that affect the training effect of the farmer field school,which need to be paid attention to.
