基于粮油科技发展规划的教学实践探索

摘　　要：粮油加工产业升级的大环境对粮油加工技术专业人才培养提出新要求和新标准。基于粮油科技发展规划,从项目、教材、教学内容等方面探索相关课程改革措施。教学实践表明,教学方法能激发学生的学习热情,提升项目设计和教材建设的质量。Under the general environment of grain and oil processing industry upgrading,new requirements and standards are put forward for the training of grain and oil processing technology talents.Based on the development plan of grain and oil science and technology,explore the relevant curriculum reform measures from the aspects of project,teaching materials and teaching content.Teaching practice shows that teaching methods can stimulate students'enthusiasm for learning and improve the quality of project design and teaching material construction.
