摘 要:劳动素养是劳动教育培养目标的具体阐述与可操作性表达,更是落实劳动教育的重要手段与必要途径。提升与发展新时代职业院校学生劳动素养是加快推进高质量现代职业教育体系的迫切需求。文章借鉴相关学者劳动素养的研究成果,分析职业院校学生劳动素养的内涵,并借助德尔菲法构建职业院校学生劳动素养评价指标体系。调查发现中职学生劳动素养水平不高,究其原因,劳动素养发展存在文化困惑、技术赋魅、制度空位、资源壁垒等问题。因此,职业院校学生劳动素养培养应建立基于劳动素养的课程育人体系,建立校企劳动资源互补合作机制,构建劳动素养考核评价机制,营造劳动校园文化氛围等。Labor literacy is the specific elaboration and operable expression of labor education and training goals.It is a strong driving force and an effective carrier to promote the development of labor education.It is also an important means and necessary way to implement labor education.Vocational college students are an important group that can not be ignored in China's education system.Improving and developing the labor quality of vocational college students in the new era is an urgent need to accelerate the construction of a high-quality vocational education system.The research analyzes the connotation of vocational college students'labor literacy by referring to the relevant research and establishes the evaluation index system of vocational college students'labor literacy by employing the Delphi method.In the survey,it is found that the labor quality level of secondary vocational students is low,which is attributed to the problems of cultural confusion,technology enchantment,institutional vacancy,resource barriers,etc.Therefore,the paths that vocational college students'labor literacy training should rely on include establishing a curriculum education system based on labor literacy,establishing a complementary and cooperative mechanism of school and enterprise labor resources,building a labor literacy assessment and evaluation mechanism,and creating a working campus cultural atmosphere.
