美国大学继续教育的演进脉络、实践经验与启示

摘　　要：美国大学继续教育的发展大致可以分为初始化时期、专业化时期和多元化时期,并在历史演变中形成了诸多值得借鉴的经验。美国大学继续教育具有完善的教育制度建设、多元的经费来源渠道、嵌入市场的办学结构、“双轨并行”的运行机制、不断更新的教学内容和技术等优势,这对我国高校继续教育发展提供了有益的启示。有鉴于此,我国高校继续教育应不断夯实教育制度基础、拓展经费投入渠道、融合多元市场要素、融通“普教”与“继教”、创新教学实践,以提高我国高校继续教育的治理效能,助推我国高校继续教育又好又快发展。The development of continuing education in American universities can be roughly divided into the initial period,specialized period,and diversified period,and has formed many experiences worth learning from in the historical evolution.Continuing education in American universities has the advantages of perfect education system construction,diversified funding sources,and school running structure embedded in the market,and"two-track parallel"operation mechanism,and constantly updated teaching content and technology,which provides beneficial enlightenment for the development of continuing education in colleges and universities in China.Given this,China's continuing education in colleges and universities should continue to consolidate the foundation of the education system,expand investment channels,integrate multiple market factors,integrate"general high education",and"higher continuing education",and innovate teaching practice,to improve the governance efficiency of continuing education in colleges and universities in China and promote its sound and rapid development.
