分层教学在风湿免疫科住院医师规范化培训中的应用

摘　　要：遵义医科大学附属医院在推动风湿免疫科住院医师规范化培训上探索出了许多行之有效的教学方法和医学人才培养模式,分层教学模式正是其中效果明显的模式之一。分层教学即根据不同对象的专业知识掌握情况,将他们分为不同的层次,制定个性化的培养目标和培养方案,在教学内容、教学重点、教学方法等方面有所区分,确保在学员知识水平和接受能力范围内稳步提升其专业素养,做到学有所思、学有所悟、学有所得。在具体教学上,主要采用了基础理论知识、临床实践技能、临床工作能力、医患沟通水平、临床思维模式、语言表达能力等6大模块教学,加之组织“每周一讲”特色教学,在住院医师规范化培训中取得了一定效果。随着风湿免疫学科水平和住院医师规范化培训水平的提升,分层教学也将在实践中不断进步和完善。The Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical University has explored many effective teaching methods and medical talent training models in promoting the standardized training of rheumatology and immunology residents.The stratified teaching model is one of the models with obvious effects.Stratified teaching means that according to the mastery of professional knowledge of different objects,they are divided into different levels,and individualized training objectives and training programs are formulated.There are differences in teaching content,teaching focus,teaching methods,etc.,so as to ensure that students can steadily improve their professional quality within the scope of their knowledge level and acceptance ability,so that they can think about what they learn,understand what they learn,and gain what they learn.In terms of specific teaching,it mainly adopts 6 major modules of basic theoretical knowledge,clinical practice skills,clinical work ability,doctor-patient communication level,clinical thinking mode,language expression ability,and organizes the special teaching of"one lecture a week".Some results have been achieved in the standardized training of resident physicians.With the improvement of the level of rheumatology and immunology and the standardized training of residents,the stratified teaching will also continue to improve in practice.
