摘　　要：江恒源职教思想内容丰富,具有显著的实用性与社会性,将其作为汽车专业教学的指导思想,可以有效推进教学改革、提升学生综合素质、培养复合型专业人才。现阶段,我国较为缺乏汽车服务行业的技术人才,为了加快人才培养,提升人才专业能力与综合素质,汽车专业开始实行现代学徒制,旨在通过制定教学目标、组织实践活动、结合岗位需求,全方位加强本专业学生的实践能力。但在实际教学中,汽车专业应用现代学徒制存在一定问题,因此要积极以江恒源职教思想为指导,在多方面调整教育模式,切实发挥现代学徒制的应用价值。Jiang Hengyuan’s vocational education ideology is rich in content and has significant practicality and sociality.Taking it as the guiding ideology of automobile professional teaching can effectively promote teaching reform,improve students’comprehensive quality,and cultivate compound professional talents.At this stage,China is relatively short of technical talents in the automobile service industry.In order to speed up the training of talents and improve the professional ability and comprehensive quality of talents,the automobile major has begun to implement a modern apprenticeship system.The orientation strengthens the practical ability of the students of this major.However,in actual teaching,there are certain problems in the application of modern apprenticeship system for automobile majors.Therefore,Jiang Hengyuan’s vocational education thought should be actively used as a guide to adjust the education model in many aspects,so as to give full play to the application value of modern apprenticeship system.
