摘 要:在追求教育高质量发展的新时代,剖析教育增值评价实施过程中存在的问题及其原因,给出符合客观实际的解决路径是当前的一个重要议题。教育增值评价实施中存在评价取向应试倾向明显、评价实施效度偏低、评价结果反馈实效差等问题。造成这些问题的原因主要有:对教育评价和教学评价存在认识误区,量化方法难以保证评价的真实性,对增值数据的意义挖掘不充分,以及教育评价主体能力不足。提高教育增值评价的效度,应在全面、健康育人理念的指导下转变评价范式,厘清增值理念本质以正确认识教育增值评价导向作用,设置培训课程以提高评价者的教育增值评价能力,创建评价数据链接平台以提高教育增值评价的专业化程度,兼顾融合多种评价方式以提高教育增值评价实施的有效性。In the new era of pursuing high-quality development of education,it is important to analyze the problems in the process of educational value-added evaluation and the causes behind them to find objective solutions.These problems,to list a few,include examination orientation,poor implementation,and lack of actual effect of evaluation feedback.The reasons for these problems are the misunderstanding between educational evaluation and teaching evaluation,quantitative methods are difficult to ensure the authenticity of evaluation,the insufficient mining of the significance behind value-added statistics,and the insufficient ability of educational evaluation subjects.To make educational value-added evaluation more valid,it is essential to adhere to the transformation from fact description to value judgment,from data description to whole person portrait,and from educational management to wholesome education.Such transformation should be guided by the concept of comprehensive and healthy education.Meanwhile,it is necessary to clarify the essence of the value-added concept to correctly understand the guiding role of educational value-added evaluation,set up training courses to improve the educational value-added evaluation ability of evaluators,create a platform linking evaluation data to make educational value-added evaluation more professional,and integrate various evaluation methods to improve the implementation effectiveness of educational value-added evaluation.
