摘  要:理论与实践相结合是叙述学理论的突出品格,也是它吸引越来越多研究者的重要原因。在这方面,米克·巴尔的叙述学姊妹卷著作《叙述学:叙事理论导论》与《叙述学实践》是引人注目的良好范例。两部著作各有侧重,相互配合,均以文本、故事、素材的三分法构建全书,融入以文字媒介和其他媒介符号呈现的大量文本例证。作者摒弃了形式与内容分离的倾向,将丰富的例证置于文本、故事、素材的不同层次进行分析,同时又不忘整体上的阐释。在叙事理论的观照下,在理论与文本实践相结合的细读中,不同媒介的马赛克式的文本例证呈现出它们各自的特征及意义,理论描述也因文本实践之助而显得更为透彻、更易理解。The combination of theory and practice is the outstanding character of narratological theory,and it is also an important reason why it attracts more and more researchers.In this respect,Mieke Bal’s companion volumes Narratology:Introduction to the Theory of Narrative and Narratology in Practice are eye-catching good examples.The two works have their own emphasis and cooperate with each other,and both volumes are structured around three levels:text,story,and fabula,and integrating a large number of textual illustrations in literal and other media signs.The author abandons the tendency to separate form and content,and analyzes rich examples at different levels of text,story,and fabula,without forgetting the overall interpretation as well.From the perspective of narrative theory,in the close reading of the combination of theory and text practice,the mosaic-like text examples show their respective characteristics and significance,and the theoretical description is also more thorough and easier to understand.
