“三全育人”理念下高职院校资助育人实践探究

摘  要:高校资助工作不仅是高等教育的重要组成部分,更是推进和实现教育公平的重要民生工程。在“三全育人”理念下,资助育人有着丰富的内涵和十分重要的育人作用。针对高职院校资助育人中存在着受助学生主体意识淡薄、学校全员育人氛围不足、资助育人方式方法单一等问题,本文提出了组建贫困生社团,强化受助学生主体意识;构建多元化育人团队,营造全员育人氛围;设置发展型资助项目,拓展资助育人渠道等策略,以期切实提升高职院校资助育人实效。Subsidizing work for college and university students is not only an important part of higher education but also an effective approach to improve and achieve equity and inclusion in academia.In the concept of "Three All-round" Education,financial aid for students plays a meaningful and significant role.Aiming to resolve problems that recipients of financial aid face—namely,lack of ownership and participation,lack of equity environment in the educational system,as well as lack of diversity in the financial support approach,this paper proposes strategies on how to establish a student committee to support students who require financial assistance,enhance students’ awareness of ownership,to cultivate an environment wherein all teaching staff facilitate the education of students by funding start-up programs on campus,and explore more ways of educating students through financial aid.
