摘 要:实践创新能力是高等教育人才培养的着力方向。结合当前专业实践现状,积极挖掘学科竞赛和实践教学的关联性,构建“一导向、四位一体、三层次”的实践教学新体系;深化科教融合,组建“指导教师—研究生—本科生”三层次梯队式学科竞赛团队;研究并实践“线上+线下”“集中学习+小组合作+分散指导+过程监督”多元化实践教学手段;并针对不同的实践课程和实践项目特点,在评价体系中引入与竞赛类似的多元评价方式。改革取得了良好的教学效果,提高了人才培养质量。Practical innovation ability is the focus of talent training in higher education.Combined with the current situation of professional practice,actively explore the relevance between discipline competition and practical teaching.Constructing a new system of practical teaching with one orientation,four in one and three levels.Deepen the integration of science and education and establish a three-level echelon discipline competition team with instructors,postgraduates and undergraduates.Research and practice diversified practical teaching methods with Online and offline,centralized learning,group cooperation,decentralized guidance and process supervision.According to the characteristics of different practical courses and practical projects,a diversified evaluation method similar to the competition is introduced into the evaluation system.The reform has achieved good teaching results and improved the quality of talent training.
