摘  要:选用常见的10种草本茶,测定其茶汤中的黄酮、多酚及多糖含量,并对其茶汤的抗氧化活性进行分析。结果表明:10种草本茶中的黄酮含量在0.011~0.144 mg CE/mL,多酚含量在0.042~0.145 mg GAE/mL,多糖含量在0.387~1.45 mg GLC/mL。不同草本茶茶汤对·OH、DPPH·及ABTS^(+)·的清除率存在显著性差异(P<0.05),其中丁香叶茶和甜菊叶茶茶汤的抗氧化能力较强,这可能与其黄酮、多酚及多糖含量较高有关。The content of flavonoids,polyphenols,and polysaccharides and the antioxidant activity of 10 kinds of common herbal teas were analyzed.The results showed that the contents of flavonoids,polyphenols and polysaccharides in 10 kinds of herbal teas were 0.011-0.144 mg CE/mL,0.042-0.145 mg GAE/mL and 0.387-1.45 mg GLC/mL,respectively.There were significant differences in the clearance rates of ·OH,DPPH·,ABTS^(+)·among 10 kinds of herbal teas(P<0.05).Syringa oblata leaf tea and Steruia rebaudiana(Bertoni) Hemsl.leaf tea had stronger antioxidant activity,which might be related to the higher content of flavonoids,polyphenols,and polysaccharides.
