摘　　要：基于地方特色文化开发,英语课程资源要按照时代性、实用性和有效性原则,兼顾国家教材、校本讲义和网络资源,在听说读写译等方面实现与课程标准和教学大纲有机衔接。Combined with excellent local characteristic culture, English curriculum resources should be developed in accordance with the principle of effectiveness, practicability and integration, taken into account national teaching texts, lecture notes and network resources, meanwhile finishing organic link between curriculum standards and the syllabus.
