摘　　要：我国已建成世界规模最大的职业教育体系。“职教20条”发布,明确职业教育与普通教育是两种不同教育类型,具有同等重要地位。县域职业教育作为我国职业教育体系的基础构成,在培养技能人才、服务就业民生、助推产业升级、助力乡村振兴等方面日益发挥着重要作用。近年来,我国县域职业教育办学条件得到了明显改善,人才培养水平不断提高,但其发展仍严重滞后,支撑县域经济的能力仍严重不足,需要从办学理念、办学模式、资金投入、专业设置和师资培养等方面进一步加强,以有效提高县域职业教育支撑县域经济发展的能力。China has built the world’s largest vocational education system.The "20 articles on vocational education" was released,which clearly defines that vocational education and general education are two different types of education,with equal importance.As the basic component of China’s vocational education system,county vocational education is playing an increasingly important role in training skilled personnel,serving the people’s livelihood,promoting industrial upgrading,and helping rural revitalization.In recent years,the school running conditions of county vocational education in China have been significantly improved,and the level of talent training has been continuously improved,but its development is still seriously lagging behind,and the ability to support county economy is still seriously insufficient.It needs to be further strengthened from the aspects of school running concept,school running mode,capital investment,specialty setting and teacher training,so as to effectively improve the ability of county vocational education to support the development of county economy.
