摘 要:产业学院是职业教育深化产教融合、校企合作,突破传统路径依赖,充分发挥产业优势和企业育人主体作用的重要载体和创新实践模式。在充分调研的基础上,深度分析高职院校产业学院的背景与特征、政策与导向、现状与问题,指出产业学院发展的重点、难点问题,提出从规范组织架构、明确利益主体责权利、健全运行机制、强化保障机制、建立监督与评价机制、完善风险机制等六个方面引导和规范产业学院的建设与运行。s: Industrial college is an important carrier and innovative practice model for vocational education to deepen the integration of industry and education, school-enterprise cooperation, break through the traditional path dependence, and give full play to industrial advantages and the main role of enterprise education. On the basis of full investigation, the research group deeply analyzed the background and characteristics, policies and guidance, current situation and problems of industrial college in higher vocational colleges, and pointed out the key and difficult problems in the development of industrial college.It is proposed to guide and standardize the construction and operation of industrial colleges from six aspects:standardizing the organizational structure, clarifying the responsibilities and rights of interest subjects,perfecting the operation mechanism, strengthening the guarantee mechanism, establishing the supervision and evaluation mechanism, and perfecting the risk mechanism.
