摘  要:作为较早建立教师教育的国家,法国教师教育体系在不断发展中趋于成熟并受到世界广泛关注。为进一步促进欧洲教育交流、提高教师教育质量以及发展教师职业能力,法国实行教师流动培养改革并于2021年7月发布《教师流动和学校结对:法国教育体系转型的挑战》报告,旨在建设新一代欧洲教师共享平台,与欧盟伙伴学校之间完成全面结对,使学校成为欧洲教育发展的中心,开展多语言教学和实现互惠交流。研究显示,当前法国教师流动培养改革具有加大资金支持促进协同发展、借助数字工具实现虚拟流动、通过学校结对达到机会公平、给足时间准备保证教育连续等特点。As one of the earliest countries to establish the teacher education system,the French teacher education system is becoming mature in the continuous development,and has been widely attened by the world.In order to further promote European educational exchanges,improve the quality of teacher education and develop the professional ability of teachers,France has implemented the reform of teacher mobility and issued a report entitled "Teacher mobility and School Pairing:Challenges for the Transformation of the French Education System" in July 2021.The aim of the report is to build a platform shared by a new generation of European teachers,to complete comprehensive partnerships with schools in EU countries,to make schools the center of the Development of the European Education Area,to provide multilingual teaching and to achieve mutually beneficial exchanges.Through the analysis of the report,it can be concluded that the current reform of teacher mobility in France has the characteristics of increasing financial support to promote collaborative development,realizing virtual mobility with the help of digital tools,achieving equal opportunities through school pairing,and giving enough time to ensure the continuity of education.
