摘　　要：在对比食品添加剂国际编码系统(international numbering system for food additives,INS)、食品添加剂中国编码系统(food additives Chinese coding system,CNS)、GB 2760《食品添加剂使用标准》各版本和卫计委公告的基础上,指出和探讨GB 2760—2014存在诸如CNS断码、归类不科学、大类无具体添加剂、文字表述不规范等方面的问题,为重新修订和颁布更为完善和科学严谨的GB 2760《食品添加剂使用标准》新版本提供参考。Based on the comparison of the international coding system for food additives(INS),the Chinese coding system for food additives(CNS),the Standard for the GB 2760 Use of Food Additives and the announcement of the National Health and Family Planning Commission of the People’s Republic of China,it points out and discusses the problems of GB 2760—2014,such as CNS broken code,unscientific classification,no specific additives in major categories,non-standard text expression,etc.It provides reference for revising and promulgation of the new version of the more perfect and scientifically rigorous GB 2760 Use of Food Additives.
