摘 要:本试验旨在研究散养和圈养撒坝猪粪菌移植(FMT)对昆明小鼠脂肪沉积和粪便微生物区系的影响。试验选取健康散养和圈养撒坝猪作为FMT供体,制备粪菌液;然后选取30只健康雄性昆明小鼠作为FMT受体,随机分为5个组,每组6只。对照(CON)组灌胃生理盐水,试验组分别灌胃散养撒坝猪低剂量FMT菌液(SY-L组)、散养撒坝猪中剂量FMT菌液(SY-M组)、散养撒坝猪高剂量FMT菌液(SY-H组)和圈养撒坝猪中剂量FMT菌液(JY-M组),连续灌胃14 d。试验期28 d。结果表明:1)与CON组相比,各试验组小鼠平均日增重(ADG)提高、料重比(F/G)降低,其中SY-M组差异显著(P<0.05);与JY-M组相比,SY-M组ADG显著提高(P<0.05),F/G显著降低(P<0.05)。2)与CON组相比,各试验组小鼠附睾脂肪指数、腹股沟脂肪指数和总脂肪指数降低,其中SY-M组差异显著(P<0.05);与JY-M组相比,SY-M组附睾脂肪指数、腹股沟脂肪指数和总脂肪指数分别降低了12.32%、10.61%和11.76%(P>0.05)。3)与CON组相比,各试验组小鼠粪便菌群中厚壁菌门相对丰度和厚壁菌门/拟杆菌门值降低,拟杆菌门(SY-H组除外)和乳杆菌属相对丰度提高,其中SY-M组乳杆菌属相对丰度最高且差异显著(P<0.05);SY-M组与JY-M组上述指标之间差异不显著(P>0.05)。4)相关性分析结果显示,SY-M组小鼠粪便乳杆菌属相对丰度与附睾脂肪指数、腹股沟脂肪指数和总脂肪指数呈负相关。综上所述,散养和圈养撒坝猪FMT可通过增加肠道菌群多样性和乳杆菌属相对丰度,降低厚壁菌门/拟杆菌门值,从而促进小鼠生长、减少脂肪沉积,其中散养撒坝猪中剂量效果较佳。This study aimed to investigate the effects of fecal microbiota transplantation(FMT)of free range and captive Saba pigs on fat deposition and fecal microflora in Kunming mice.Healthy Saba pigs under either free range or intensively farmed conditions were selected as FMT donors to prepare fecal microbiota solution.Then thirty healthy male Kunming mice were selected as FMT recipients and randomly divided into 5 groups with 6 mice in each group.The control(CON)group was intragastrically fed with normal saline,and the experimental groups were intragastrically fed with low-dose FMT bacteria solution of free range pigs(SY-L group),medium-dose FMT bacteria solution of free range pigs(SY-M group),high-dose FMT bacteria solution of free range pigs(SY-H group)and medium-dose FMT bacteria solution of captive pigs(JY-M group)for 14 consecutive days,respectively.The experiment lasted for 28 days.The results showed as follows:1)compared with the CON group,the average daily gain(ADG)of mice in the experimental groups was increased,and the feed to gain ratio(F/G)was decreased,in which the differences were significant in SY-M group(P<0.05).Compared with JY-M group,ADG in SY-M group was significantly increased(P<0.05),and F/G was significantly decreased(P<0.05).2)Compared with the CON group,the epididymal fat index,groin fat index and total fat index of mice in the experimental groups were decreased,and significant differences were found in SY-M group(P<0.05).Compared with JY-M group,the epididymal fat index,groin fat index and total fat index in SY-M group were decreased by 12.32%,10.61%and 11.76%,respectively(P>0.05).3)Compared with the CON group,the relative abundance of Firmicutes and Firmicutes/Bacteroides in feces of mice in the experimental groups were decreased,while the relative abundances of Bacteroides(except SY-H group)and Lactobacillus were increased,among which the relative abundance of Lactobacillus in SY-M group was the highest and the difference was significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the ab
