摘 要:此文根据南京中医药大学博士研究生临床试验设计与统计课程的教学现状,分析传统教学法存在的弊端,结合“案例导入-任务驱动”教学法的优点,探索和分析了在临床试验设计与统计课程中应用“案例导入-任务驱动”教学法的必要性,从实现课程教学目标、适应教学改革发展、培养应用型人才3个方面强调教学模式改革的必要性。同时探讨该教学模式的具体实施策略,归纳“案例导入-任务驱动”教学法的具体实施步骤,主要包括确定案例,布置任务;自主学习,组内讨论;分组展示,组间讨论;情境展示,巩固创新;任务点评,归纳总结。该教学法为中医院校研究生临床试验设计与统计课程的教学提供了具有实用价值的教学模式参考。According to the current teaching situation of clinical trial design and statistics course for doctoral students in Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine,we analyzed the disadvantages of traditional teaching methods,and explored the necessity of applying“case-based and task-driven”teaching method in clinical trial design and statistics course.This paper emphasized the necessity of teaching mode reform from three aspects:to achieve the teaching objectives,to adapt to the development of teaching reform,and to cultivate applied talents.At the same time,it discussed the specific implementation.The implementation steps of“case-based and task-driven”teaching mode was summarized in this article,including case determination and task assignment,independent learning,discussion in the group,inter-group discussion and presentation,situation displaying to consolidate innovation and task summary.According to the teaching mode,the teaching design example is given.Finally,the problems needed to pay attention to when use this mode of teaching was pointed out.It provided practical teaching mode reference for the teaching of clinical trial design and statistics course of graduate students in university of Chinese medicine.
