摘　　要：高职院校是我国技术技能型人才培养的重要场所,通常都是以课堂教学等线下形式开展培养工作。但新冠肺炎疫情的爆发使得很多学生不能到学校参与课程学习,因此线上线下混合式教学成为当下高职院校教学的一种重要模式。本文基于疫情防控背景下对高职院校线上线下混合式教学的开展进行深入探究,揭示当前线上线下混合式教学中所存在的问题并提出有针对性的应对策略,以保证疫情防控背景下高职院校人才培养的有效开展。Higher vocational colleges are an important place for talent training in China, but the corresponding training work of higher vocational colleges is usually carried out by offline forms such as classroom teaching. The outbreak of the epidemic has made many students unable to participate in school courses, so online and offline hybrid teaching has become an important teaching mode in vocational colleges under the background of the current epidemic. In this paper, we will conduct in-depth research on the implementation of online and offline hybrid teaching in higher vocational colleges under the epidemic situation, to understand the existing problems in the current online and offline hybrid teaching and effective coping strategies, so as to better ensure the effective development of talent training in higher vocational colleges under the epidemic situation.
