摘　　要：高等职业教育在教育改革的浪潮下得到跨越式发展,相比于普通高校,高职院校大学生的实践能力更强,高职院校成为专业化人才的主要来源,肩负着社会建设的历史重任。为了提高高职院校大学生的综合素质,在校期间教师重点培养学生的职业行为习惯,通过教育资源的有效整合和教育模式的积极创新养成良好的职业行为习惯,如优化办学条件、发挥榜样作用和完善校内外平台等,力求提升高职院校大学生的综合能力。Higher vocational education has developed by leaps and bounds under the wave of educational reform.Compared with ordinary colleges and universities, higher vocational college students have stronger practical ability.Higher vocational colleges have become the main source of professional talents and shoulder the historical task of social construction. In order to improve the comprehensive quality of higher vocational college students, teachers focus on cultivating students’ professional behavior habits during school, and cultivate good professional behavior habits through the effective integration of educational resources and the positive innovation of educational mode,such as optimizing school running conditions, playing an exemplary role and improving the internal and external platforms, so as to improve the comprehensive ability of higher vocational college students.
