摘 要:在教风日弛、人人畏事的世风之下,教育部颁布了《中小学教育惩戒规则(试行)》,要求依规实施适度教育惩戒,对于教师职业规范和学生健康发展无疑为必要之举。对中国蒙学教育惩戒的考察,可从前科举时代、科举时代和后科举时代三期进行梳理,兼有对适度惩戒和过度惩戒问题的探讨。在当今各级各类的学校中,实施适度教育惩戒仍有必要;尤其在基础教育的初始阶段,这种合理惩戒更不可少。舍此,人将难以成人,才也难免成为废才。In a world where the teaching style is getting slacker and everyone is afraid of things, the ministry of education has promulgated the Disciplinary Rules for Primary and Secondary Schools(for trial implementation), which calls for the implementation of moderate educational discipline in accordance with the rules, and it is necessary for teachers’ professional standard and students’ healthy development. This paper provides a sequential overview of educational discipline in Chinese monastic and elementary schools in three phases: pre-imperial examination phase, imperial examination phase and post-imperial examination phase, and briefly discusses the issues of appropriate discipline and excessive discipline. It is still necessary to carry out appropriate educational discipline in schools of all kinds and at all levels, especially in the initial stage of basic education. Without this, it will be difficult for people to achieve personal growth, and the talents will inevitably become wasted talents.
