摘  要:以色列是“一带一路”沿线重要国家之一,也是成功实施科教兴国的典型代表,其完备的顶层设计和多元的职业培训体系,以及以需求为导向的办学模式和以人为本的育人理念等,都能给我国高职教育的发展带来有益启示。文章从扎根中国大地办学、坚持文化传承创新,立足世情国情社情、构建职业教育体系,明确办学目标与定位、坚持特色多样发展,把握教育质量生命线,推进改革纵深发展等方面,对以色列科教兴国经验给我国高职教育的启示进行分析。Israel is one of the important countries along the"the belt and road"and a typical representative of the successful implementation of science and education to revitalize the country.Its complete top-level design,diversified vocational training system,demand-oriented school running mode and people-oriented education concept can all bring beneficial enlightenment to the development of higher vocational education in China.The article analyzes the enlightenment of Israel's experience in rejuvenating the country through science and education to China's higher vocational education from several aspects,such as running a school rooted in China,adhering to cultural inheritance and innovation,basing on the world situation,national and social conditions,building a vocational education system,clarifying the goal and orientation of running a school,adhering to diversified development with characteristics,grasping the lifeline of education quality,and promoting the in-depth development of reform.
