摘　　要：食品安全问题一直是一个被广泛讨论的社会问题。在科技飞速发展的今天,自动化加工机械的进步大大提高了食品工业生产效率,但同时也增加了相关的食品安全风险。在这一背景下根据食品的种类、形状、营养成分等特点,选择合适的自动化加工机械对食品进行加工显得尤为重要。本文通过分析目前自动化食品加工机械在食品安全应用中存在的设备落后、应用范围较小和生产过程中监测不到位等问题,提出了引进先进的自动化食品加工技术、扩大自动化食品加工机械应用范围和加强食品加工过程中的食品安全监测等措施,以此来优化自动化加工机械在食品安全中的应用。Food safety has always been a widely discussed social issue.The development of automatic processing machinery has not only greatly improved the production efficiency of the food industry,but also increased the related food safety risks.According to the type of food,shape,nutritional composition and other characteristics,it is particularly important to choose the appropriate automatic processing machinery for its processing.Through the analysis of the current food processing machinery and automation in the existing in the application of food safety in the process of the small poor equipment,application range and production testing does not reach the designated position,the article puts forward optimized automated food processing machinery and equipment,expand food processing machinery automation application range and strengthen the food safety testing in the process of food processing,in order to optimize the application of automatic processing machinery in food safety.
