摘 要:资历框架与学分银行制度通过统一的标准和规则对学习者多样化的学习成果进行有序的认证、积累与转换,融通普通教育、职业教育、继续教育来推动终身教育发展。英国资历框架在复杂的国内外环境推动下经历了普职教育融通改革、引入学分银行机制到完善资历架构体系的持续性发展过程,从而建立了纵向贯通基础教育、职业教育与高等教育,横向衔接学历教育与非学历教育的资历框架网络,对我国资历框架与学分银行制度建设具有重要参考价值。Qualifications framework and credit bank system promote the development of lifelong education through unified standards and rules to orderly certify,accumulate and transform the diverse learning outcomes of learners and integrate general education,vocational education and continuing education.Driven by the complex domestic and international environment,the UK qualifications framework has experienced the continuous development process from the integration reform of general education and vocational education,the introduction of credit bank mechanism to the improvement of the qualification structure system,thus establishing a qualification framework network that vertically integrates basic education,vocational education and higher education,and horizontally connects academic education and non-academic education,which has important reference value for the construction of China’s qualifications framework and credit bank system.
