摘  要:联合教研是为推进基础教育课程与教学改革,更好地服务学校教育教学、教师专业成长、学生全面发展、教育决策管理,并促进区域内基础教育优质均衡发展、指向高质量育人而提出的深度教研范式。教研主体的空间联动、教研形式的互联开放、教研内容的多元交融、教研力量的协同聚合,能够实现教研的最优化。联合教研从目标、方式、效果等方面提出的策略,被实践证明是有效和高效的。Joint teaching and research is a deep teaching and research paradigm proposed to promote basic education curriculum and teaching reform,better serve school education and teaching,teachers’ professional growth,students’ comprehensive development,educational decision-making and management,and to promote high-quality and balanced development of basic education in the region,pointing to high-quality education of people.The paradigm is based on the spatial linkage of teaching and research subjects,the interconnectedness and openness of teaching and research forms,the multiplicity of teaching and research contents,and the synergy of teaching and research forces to achieve the optimization of teaching and research.The strategies proposed by joint teaching and research in terms of objectives,methods and effects have been proven to be effective and efficient in practice.
