摘 要:食品安全与人们的生命和健康息息相关,食品检测尤为重要。近些年纳米传感器在分析检测领域得到了快速发展。其中,铜纳米簇因其荧光特性优良、制备过程简单快速且成本低廉等特点,被广泛用于检测中。本文综述了铜纳米簇荧光探针在食品检测中的研究情况,为相关人员研究提供参考。Food safety is closely related to people’s life and health, so food detection is particularly important. In recent years, nanosensors have developed rapidly in the field of analysis and detection, among which copper nanoclusters have been widely used in detection due to their excellent fluorescence characteristics, simple and rapid preparation process and low cost. In this paper, the research of copper nanoclusters fluorescent probes in food detection is reviewed, which provides references for relevant researchers.
