摘 要:如何实现科研和教学协同发展是目前高校,特别是研究性大学面临的重要课题。中国科学技术大学光镊研究组将科研和教学结合开发了“光的力学效应及光阱力测量实验”物理前沿教学实验,并在开展实验教学过程中将光镊的科研与光的力学效应实验教学相结合,有效激发了学生的科研兴趣,拔高了实验教学层次,取得了良好的教学效果。这是“科教融合”的一个成功案例,对于提升教学质量,培养新世纪高素质、拔尖人才,具有借鉴意义。How to realize synergetic development of research and education is a critical project faced by universities especially for the research-oriented universities. The optical tweezers group from the University of Science and Technology of China has combined education and scientific research, and developed a teaching experiment of physical frontiers based on our long-term research on the optical tweezer technology, termed as “mechanical effect of light”.In the process of experimental teaching, the scientific research of optical tweezers is combined with the experimental teaching of optical mechanical effect, which greatly stimulates students’ interest in scientific research, improves the teaching standards, and achieves good teaching results. Our many-year practices in our university show that this is a successful case of “integration of science and education”, which provides significant references for improving teaching quality and cultivating high-quality and top-notch talents in the new century.
