摘  要:校企共同体是深化产教融合的最佳载体,强化了职业教育对产业发展的服务能力。本文根据义乌市光源科技小镇的人才需求,分析了机电一体化专业群人才培养工作中涉及的产教融合、专业能力、岗位需求等方面所面临的问题。在此基础上,构建了产教、赛教、研教三融合,校企两翼协同驱动,一站式培养高技能高素质复合型人才培养体系。结合义乌工商职业技术学院机电一体化专业群人才培养实际,开展人才培养改革实践探索,实践表明:提出的人才培养模式可评价、可量化、可借鉴,具有一定的推广价值。The college-enterprise community is the best carrier to deepen the integration of industry and education, and strengthen the service ability of vocational education to industrial development. In this paper, according to the talents demand of Yiwu Light Source Science and Technology Town, we analyze the problems faced by the integration of industry and education, professional ability and job demand involved in the training of talents of mechatronics specialty cluster. On this basis, we have built a three-fold integration of industry education, competition education and research education, and a one-stop training system to cultivate highly skilled and high-quality compound talents through the synergistic drive of two wings of the college and enterprises. Combined with the actual talents training of Yiwu Industrial and Commercial College of mechatronics specialty cluster, the practical exploration of talents training reform is carried out, and the practice shows that: the proposed talents training model can be evaluated, quantified, and can be used as a reference, and has certain promotion value.
