高校体育教师教学能力提升路径研究

摘　　要：教学能力是教师教学过程中必备的能力之一,是达成教学目的,实现教学目标的良好体现。体育教师拥有良好的教学能力是体育课程改革和发展的有力保障,也是提高我国高等教育人才培养质量和教学质量的关键。该文运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法、专家访谈法、数理统计法等研究方法,对高校体育教师的专业知识能力、技术能力、教学能力、课程思政建设能力、信息化教学手段等方面进行研究与分析,针对目前存在的问题,探讨培养和提高高校体育教师教学能力的有效途径,推动我国高校体育教师的专业化发展,促进教育教学能力的提升。Teaching ability is one of the necessary abilities of teachers in the process of teaching,and it is a good embodiment of achieving teaching objectives.PE teachers with good teaching ability is an effective guarantee of PE curriculum reform and development,and also the key to improve the quality of higher education personnel training and teaching quality.By using the methods of literature,logical analysis,expert interview,mathematical statistics and other research methods,this paper studies and analyzes the professional knowledge ability,technical ability,teaching ability,curriculum ideological and political construction ability,information-based teaching means and other aspects of college physical education teachers.In view of the existing problems,this paper discusses the effective ways to cultivate and improve the teaching ability of college PE teachers,so as to promote the professional development of college PE teachers in China and promote the improvement of education and teaching ability.
