摘 要:本科教育是大学发展的根本,人才培养是本科教育的第一要务。以“教学礼拜”主题活动为抓手,采用多种方式巩固教学中心地位、落实教学质量监控机制,能够有效推动教学质量持续改进。通过领导干部率先垂范、与中期教学检查融合和全员协同育人三种模式巩固本科教学中心地位;落实质量标准引领机制、质量调研评价机制和质量持续改进机制三个质量监控管理机制,推动本科教学质量持续改进;开展内容丰富的教学活动,激发师生参与教学的积极性和自觉性,培育关爱学生、尊师重教的礼拜教学文化。通过11年的“教学礼拜”主题活动的开展,学院教学中心地位日益巩固、人才培养质量持续提升。同时,教学质量的提高也助推办学水平提高。Undergraduate education is the foundation of university development,and talent training is the most important task of undergraduate education.With the theme of“Quality and Innovation Oriented Teaching”as the starting point,the continuous improvement of teaching quality is effectively promoted by consolidating the central position of teaching in various ways and implementing the monitoring mechanism of teaching quality.Three modes are adopted to consolidate the position of undergraduate teaching center:the exemplary role of leaders and cadres,the integration with mid-term teaching inspection and all staff collaborative education.By implementing quality standard leading mechanism,quality investigation and evaluation mechanism,and quality continuous improvement mechanism,the continuous improvement of undergraduate teaching quality is promoted.By organizing rich teaching activities,the enthusiasm and consciousness of teachers and students to participate in teaching is stimulated,and the teaching culture of caring for students,respecting teachers,and engraving their inculcation in students mind is cultivated.After eleven years of the activities themed as“Quality and Innovation Oriented Teaching”,the school s teaching center status is increasingly consolidated,and the quality of talent training continues to improve.Meanwhile the improvement of teaching quality also boosts the level of education.
