摘　　要：OBE理念是以成果为导向、以学生为中心及能力为重位;“食品化学”以培养卓越食品工程师为目标,是食品类专业的一门必修课程,基础性强、知识点多、课时少,传统单一的教学模式已无法满足教学要求。本研究对食品化学课程进行了线上线下混合式教学改革与探索,从教学策略的选择与确立、教学过程的设计与实施、新型学生自我教学评价机制、应用效果分析等几个方面进行阐述,摸索实践教学方案。实践教育与信息技术的“深度融合”。The OBE philosophy is results-oriented,student-centered and competency-focused.With the goal of cultivating outstanding food engineers,“Food Chemistry”is a core compulsory course for food majors.The model of strong foundation,many knowledge points,few class hours,and the traditional single teaching can no longer meet the teaching requirements.This study of online and offline hybrid teaching of Food Chemistry courses carried out the reform and exploration,and elaborated on the selection and establishment of teaching strategies,the design and implementation of teaching processes,the evaluation mechanism of new students'self-teaching,and the analysis of application effects,and explored practical teaching schemes.The“deep integration”of practical education and information technology.
