摘  要:“食品安全与监测”是食品学院重要的一门专业课程。结合该课程实践性强的特点,介绍了案例式教学在该课程中的作用和具体实行方式,全面阐述了所采用案例的类型及特点、案例分析的切入方式及案例式教学的授课形式等,旨在提高学生的主观能动性及其分析实际问题的能力,提高本科生培养质量。Food Safety and Monitoring is an important professional course in college of food science.Due to its practical characteristics,the roles of food safety incidents and their implementation in application of case-based teaching were introduced.This paper comprehensively expounded the types and characteristics of the food safety incidents,the perspective of case analysis and their teaching methods.Through the case analysis,the initiative of undergraduates and their ability to analyze practical problems can be improved.And thus,the quality of undergraduate training can be further improved.
