摘 要:“食品机械设备”是食品科学与工程专业的核心主干课程,以沈阳农业大学食品科学与工程专业设置的“食品机械设备”课程为例,从课程建设、考核方式、教学方法、学生指导和教学资源5个方面,探讨了适应工程教育专业认证OBE理念的“食品机械设备”课程的教学模式改革与探索。通过课程体系、教学内容和教材建设,增强课程实践教学内容;通过改革考核机制和考核内容,提高设备实践应用考核内容占比;通过启发式教学和案例法教学,提升教学效果;通过提高学生重视程度和培养学生学习兴趣,增强学生学习的主动性;通过建设师资队伍、建设实践教学基地、建设虚拟仿真实验教学平台和利用线上教学资源,增强教学资源建设。以期为加强食品科学与工程专业的“食品机械设备”课程建设提供参考及借鉴。Food Machinery Equipment is the core course of food science and engineering specialty.Taking shenyang agricultural university for example,this paper made an exploration of teaching reform on the course that could meet the need of OBE engineering education concept in the aspects of course,evaluation mode,teaching methodology,students and educational resource.The practical teaching was strengthened by the construction of course system,teaching contents and textbook.The scale of practical evaluation was increased by reforming the evaluation system and the evaluation contents.Case teaching method and heuristic teaching method were introduced to improve teaching quality.Learning initiative was stimulated by attracting students'attention and improving students'learning interest.Educational resource was enhanced by the construction of teaching staff,practical teaching base,virtual simulation experimental teaching platform and online teaching resources.The analysis results were hoped to provide reference for the further construction of Food Machinery Equipment course in food science and engineering specialty.
