摘　　要：服务国家战略是高等职业教育重要的社会职能和使命担当,高职院校应重点服务人才发展、科学发展、社会发展和国际化发展等国家战略,为其提供技术技能人才支持、产教融合主体支撑、社会服务培训保障、职业教育方案输出。结合天津职业大学在服务国家战略过程中的实践探索,构建高职院校服务国家战略的理论模型,以服务区域经济协调发展为基础,有机融入创新驱动、人才发展和民生保障等战略实施。从“面、点、线”的角度,提出高职院校全方位、全链条、全要素服务国家战略的“三全”模式,旨在为提升我国高职院校服务能力提供指导依据。It is an important social function and mission for higher vocational colleges to serve national strategy. Higher vocational colleges should focus on serving national strategies such as talents development, scientific development, social development and international development, and provide them with technical and skilled talents support, main body support of industry and education integration, guarantee of social service training and vocational education program output. Based on the practice and exploration of Tianjin Vocational Institute in the process of serving national strategy, the theoretical model of higher vocational colleges serving national strategy is constructed. Based on the service of regional economy coordination development, the implementation strategies of innovation driven, talents development and livelihood security are organically integrated. From the perspective of "area, point and line", the paper puts forward the "three-in-one" mode of all-round, whole-chain and whole-factorfor higher vocational colleges servicing national strategy. The purpose is to provide guidance for improving the service ability of higher vocational colleges in China.
