摘 要:目的探讨在骨科基础教学中应用PBL-LBL联合教学模式的应用效果。方法选取从2019年9月—2020年9月在浙江大学第二附属医院的2019级临床骨科专业的学生50名,并将学员随机分为两个组,每组25名,试验组采用PBL联合LBL教学法,对照组采用LBL教学法,学习周期为1周,比较两组间教学满意度、基础理论和实验技能成绩及学习情况。结果一周(5天)学习结束后,试验组基础理论成绩和实验技能成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),试验组授课形式满意度各项目得分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组教学效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PBL联合LBL教学法应用到骨科基础教学中既提高了学生们学习主动性,又增强了理论结合实践的能力,让教学质量与效果得到较大的提升。Objective To explore the application effect of PBL combined with LBL teaching method in the teaching process of basic teaching of orthopedics.Methods 50students from department of Orthopedics of Grade 2019were selected between September 2019 to September 2020in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University,including 48 males and 2 females,aged 20-25 years.The students were randomly divided into two groups,the experimental group(n=25)and the control group(n=25).PBL combined with LBL teaching method was used for the experimental group,and lecture-based learning(LBL)teaching method was used for the control group.The results of teaching satisfaction,basic theory assessments,experimental skills assessments and learning effect were compared between these two groups.Results After one week(five days)of study,the scores of basic theory and experimental skills of the test group were higher than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The scores of all items of teaching form satisfaction of the test group were significantly higher than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The teaching effect of the test group was better than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL combined with LBL in the basic teaching of orthopedics not only improved the students’learning initiative,but also enhanced the ability of applying theory into practice,suggesting that the teaching quality and effect can be greatly improved when this combined approached is appropriately implemented.
