摘 要:目的探讨LBL教学法联合PBL教学法在心电图教学中的应用体会。方法2020年1月—2021年1月,选择湖北省中医药高等专科学校教改班在松滋市人民医院学习的2018年度和2019年度临床医学专科生,其中2018年度学生50名为对照组,其中男生20名,女生30名,采取LBL教学法;2019年度学生52名为试验组,其中男生20名,女生32名,采取LBL教学法联合PBL教学法进行心电图教学,在课程结束时采用理论及实践考试和问卷评价方式进行。结果学生们的理论成绩及主动学习性、学习兴趣、解决问题能力、临床技能、与患者沟通能力等方面均有明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取LBL教学法联合PBL教学法进行心电图教学,可以取得较理想效果,可以在教学过程中应用。Objective To explore the application of LBL and PBL teaching methods in Electrocardiographic teaching.Methods From January 2020 to January 2021,the teaching reform class of 2018 and 2019 in Hubei Provincial College of Traditional Chinese Medicine studied in Songzi People’s Hospital were selected.Among them,50 students in 2018 were the control group,including 20 boys and 30 girls.LBL teaching method was adopted;In 2019,there were 52students in the experimental group,including 20 boys and 32girls.LBL teaching method and PBL teaching method were adopted for Electrocardiographic teaching.At the end of the course,theoretical and practical examination and questionnaire evaluation were adopted.Results The students’theoretical achievements,active learning,learning interest,problemsolving ability,clinical skills and communication ability with patients were significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusion LBL teaching method combined with PBL teaching method can achieve better results in Electrocardiographic teaching.
