摘 要:指向核心素养培养的数学综合与实践领域教师胜任力是数学教师成功开展数学综合与实践教学的必需,它是动机、特性、自我概念、知识与技能等综合能力与特质的集合.研究指向核心素养培养的数学综合与实践领域教师胜任力,有利于数学教师树立跨学科教育理念,落实课程融合育人;优化综合与实践教学,加强复合型创新人才培养;厘清综合与实践领域胜任力要素,促进数学教师专业发展.胜任力要素包括:指向核心素养培养的“综合与实践”教学内生动力、凸显联结与融合的“综合与实践”教学跨学科知识与技能、重在问题解决的“综合与实践”跨学科主题学习设计与实施、关注学业质量的“综合与实践”教学评价与反思、导向突破与成长的“综合与实践”教师合作与拓展.Teachers’competency in the field of mathematics comprehensive and practice oriented to the cultivation of core competency is the necessity for mathematics teachers to successfully carry out the teaching of mathematics comprehensive and practice.It is a collection of comprehensive abilities and characteristics,such as motivation,characteristics,self-concept,knowledge and skills.Studying on the teachers’competency in the field of mathematics comprehensive and practice oriented to the cultivation of core competency is beneficial for establishing interdisciplinary education concepts and implement curriculum integration education of mathematics teachers;Optimize comprehensive and practical teaching and strengthen the cultivation of compound innovative talents;Clarify the competency elements in the field of comprehensive and practice,and promote the professional development of mathematics teachers.The competency factors include:the endogenous power of teaching on“comprehensive and practice”which oriented to the cultivation of core competency,interdisciplinary knowledge and skills of teaching on“comprehensive and practice”which highlighting the connection and integration,the design and implementation of interdisciplinary thematic learning on“comprehensive and practice”which focusing on problem solving,the evaluation and reflection of teaching on“comprehensive and practice”which focusing on academic quality,and the cooperation and expansion on teachers of“comprehensive and practice”which oriented to breakthrough and growth.
